ScanNCut Birdhouse Hanging

This Birdhouse is really beautiful.  You can create this with your ScanNCut with ease!  We will learn how to scan in a pattern and cut it out right onto our fabric.  Don't have a ScanNCut?  Let us know and you can borrow one of ours!

You will Need:

-Your ScanNCut
-Your Standard Mat with High Tack Backing applied (Call if you need help with this)
-Your Standard Blade or Auto Blade
-The Seasonal Skinnies Book
-(1) Background Piece in prefered color cut to 10.5" x 24.5"
-Cotton Scraps in 5 Shades of Blue, Yellow, Brown, Pink Green and Purple all with Applique-Backing.

• Pot:        Body: 1 piece of fabric: 6” x 6”
• Lip: 1 piece of  fabric 2 ½” x 6 ½”
• Grass: 1 piece 2” x 7”
• Post:  1 piece 1 ½” x 6 ½”
• Vine:  1 piece 3 ½” x 7”
• Leaf:  1 piece 4” x 6”
• Flowers:  2 pieces 2 ½” x 7 ½” each
• Birdhouse:  1 piece 7 x 9 ½”
• Door:     1 piece 2” x 3”
• Roof:     1 piece 5 ½” X 9”       

-(2) 2.5" x WOF for Borders
-(3) 2.25" by WOF for binding
-Backing and Batting cut to size (we will not be quilting in class)
