These Envirocare Microfiltration Oreck ® bags are made to fit in all XL8000 and XL9000 series upright vacuums that do NOT use a "bag-docking" system. Original Oreck bags for this series of vacuum cleaners are no longer available.
They will work in newer Oreck XL upright vacuums (XL2000 and XL3000 series) vacuums. You purchase the "New style" bags for these vacuums. Although the two bag styles look similar the new style has a longer and wider carboard retainer around the bag opening with a locking hole at its base.
