Top O' The Line Club: Making Shapes and Adding Background

Class Description and Materials Needed

We will be making this wall hanging.  We will use built in fonts (you can write the word of your choice), add some built in designs, and create a shape to add background stitching in the Design Center or IQ Designer.  You will finish the borders at home.

You will need:

  • (1) 13" x 22" for  background fabric
  • (1) 18" x 22" Piece of Batting
  • (2) 3.5" x WOF for Borders
  • (2) 2.5" x WOF for Binding
  • (1) 18" x 22" for Backing
  • Thread for lettering, Designs and Quilting
  • Your "Top of the Line" Embroidery Machine with Arm, your Largest Embroidery Hoop, Embroidery Bobbin Case  (Top of the Line Means having the Design Center or IQ Designer).
