Hello Sunshine Sewing Technique BOM

We are very excited to release this amazing class!  This quilt comes from Kimberbell, a great embroidery and sewing pattern company.  Each set of blocks will teach you different stitche techniques, sewing feet, quilting techniques and "sew" much more.

We will be starting with the applique blocks, which includes 9 blocks we will be making in class.  Each of these will show you what stitches you can use for different applique looks, including satin, blanket and even some heirloom stitches.  We will also go over different ways to cut out applique, and how to use the NEW fussy cutting Orange Pop rulers, for perfect blocks every time.

You will need:

-Your Sewing Machine

-Your open toe or monogramming foot (foor marked with "N")

-The Hello Sunshine Sewing Book (If you have the embroidery version, that's fine. )

-A roll of appli-stick OR all of your pieces (except background blocks) pre ironed with appli-stick

For the Cupcake Block:

·         2 red 6.5” x 6.5” for background block

·         2 black 3.5” x 3.5” for Liner

·         2 white 4” x 3.5” for Frosting

For Ice Cream Cones

·         2 white 8.5” x 10.5” for background blocks

·         2 tan 3.5” x 5” for cones

·         2 pink 5.5 x 4.5 for frosting

For Kites

·         3 gray 8.5” x 10.5” for backgrounds

·         4 aqua 4” x 5” for Kite Sections

·         4 pink 4” x 5” for kite sections

·         1 black 5.5” x 8” for big kite

·         1  pink 5.5 x 8” for big kite

For Ladybugs

·         2 green 6.5” x 6.5” for background

·         2 black 3.5” x 4” for head and body

·         2 red 3.5” x 4” for wings
