Hello Sunshine Sewing Technique BOM: Vinyl, Mylar and Dimensional Effects

We are over halfway through our Hello Sunshine Quilt!  Wow!  In this class we will be adding vinyl over "jars" and using ribbon to create straws.  We will be creating custom free-standing-lace mylar balloons, and making 3D pinwheels out of fabric.  We will learn how to use a teflon foot and so much more.

You will need:

• 1 White or Pink for Jar Background 8.5" x 10.5"
• 1 Coral for Jar Background 8.5" x 10.5"
• 1 White or Green or Jar Background 8.5" x 10.5"
• 3 Clear 12 Gauge Vinyl for Jars 5" x 6"
• 2 10" lengths of Gray 3/8" Ribbons for Jars
• 3 7" lengths of Black 3/8" Ribbons for Jars
• 2 6" x 10" Pieces of White Tulle for the Mylar Balloons
• 1 6" x 10" piece of Iridescent or Opal Mylar for the Ballons
• 1 Piece Wash Away Stabilizer 12" x 10"
• 6 6" Pieces of Stripped Twine.  (This will be added to the balloons after we wash away the stabilizer)
• 10 5" x 5" pieces of Fabric for Pinwheels (Fabric should vary in Color)
• 10 5" x 5" peices of Fusible Web (We love Appli-Stick!)
• 5 Adorable Buttons
• Your Hello Sunshine Sewing or Embroidery Book
• A Teflon Foot
• Your Sewing Machine
• Green, Blue, and Pink Thread with Matching Bobbins
• Sewing Pins and other Supplies

If you are purchasing our pre-made kits for this class, they will be $25 and will include all of the fabric and buttons/ribbons/twine above, except the Wash Away Stabilizer and the Fusible Web.
