June Tailor Quilt-As-You-Go Project Bags

Do you need a handy bag to keep those projects contained. These bags are great for projects or storing rulers such as those Kimberbell Orange Pop Rulers!  Come join us!

Each project bag kit contains the supplies to create a set of 2 large project bags, one 16" square and one 18" square, and can be stitched up in no time with our “sew by number” patterns and Zippity-Do-Done™ pre-sewn zippers. Just add fabric!  We will be making the 16" project bag in class.

Kits include components for 2 bags:

• Printed patterns on stabilizer           
• Vinyl
• Zippity-Do-Done™ pre-sewn zippers.  Available in six zipper colors: black, white, navy, gray, camel and red. We have, in stock, kits in both navy and white.  If needed, zippers are available in all other colors.

What you will need to bring to class:

• June Tailor Quilt-As-You-Go Project Bag Kit (available for purchase at Schillers for $24.95)
• Your sewing machine (rentals are available)
• Zipper foot
• Scissors
• Thread to match

Cutting requirements for the 16" bag:

• Piece 1 - 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" square piece of coordinating fabric
• Pieces 2 & 3 - (2) 2 1/2" x 8 1/2" pieces of coordinating fabric
• Pieces 4 & 5 - (2) 2 1/2" x 12 1/2" pieces of coordinating fabric
• Pieces 6 & 7 - (2) 2 1/2" x 12 1/2" pieces of coordinating fabric
• Pieces 8 & 9 - (2) 2 1/2" x 16 1/2" pieces of coordinating fabric
• Lining -  18" x 18" piece of coordinating fabric
• Front Header - (2) 16 1/2" x 4" pieces of coordinating fabric
