Do you have a special little someone in your life that looks forward to Trick or Treating every year?  With a couple of fat quarters and some twinkle lights (available for purchase here), you will have a cute and functional treat bag!  Pick up some festive Halloween fat quarters and this project will be done in a just a couple or hours.

As parents, we are always concerned about safety when the children are out on Halloween night.  With the flashing lights on this bag, any child will be visible and safe.  The LED bulbs will last over a hundred hours so you won’t have to worry about them burning out after one night of trick or treating.  The handles are also stitched with glow-in-the-dark thread to help with more visibility.  We will have the pattern and the lights here at the store for your purchase.  The lights are approximately
