This is a handy little item that all of us ladies could use in our bags or purses! A quick and fun idea if you haven’t had a chance to use your embroidery machine for an in-the-hoop project. Or, if you are an in-the-hoop veteran, this is another fun and easy project from one of my favorite websites, Embroidery Garden. You will be able to whip up two of these in class so you can keep one and give one away! Just go to

I purchased a pack of five mirrors at JoAnn’s but I’m pretty sure they are also available at ACMoore or Michaels. This is a one day class so the cost will be just $10. Mirror Pouch (5x7 hoop)
- Water soluble stabilizer to fit hoop
- Thin poly batting (non-fusible) (1) piece 6”x 9” and (1) piece 6”x 5”
- (2) pieces of fabric 6” x 9”
- (1) piece of fabric 6” x 10”
- (1) Snap Set size 16 or larger
Mirror Case (4x4 hoop)
- Water soluble stabilizer to fit hoop
- Warm and Natural batting (cotton) (1) piece 5”x5”
- (2) pieces of fabric 5”x5”
- Peltex – a heavy but sew-through interfacing (1) piece 5”x5”
- (1) 3” round craft mirror
- Bobbin wound with matching thread
- Embroidery machine in good working order with both hoops
